As a follow-up to HCCT receiving the grant to update the back of our historic building to coincide with the downtown development project, a mural was painted on the back of HCCT was funded by a grant written by TORCH in collaboration with HCCT and presented by the Georgia Council of the Arts. HCCT plans to make an outside theatre for use on Railroad Street.
