Financial Assistance for Aspiring Artists

At HCCT, we believe that every child should have access to our educational programs, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we offer financial assistance through several of our Partners, Sponsors and our Board for eligible students.

To apply for assistance, please carefully follow the instructions below, as awards are determined based on specific criteria. Parents or guardians should submit all required information and documentation by the deadline provided. Please remember that funds are limited, and your completed application, including tax information, must be submitted by the specified date. Financial aid is available for programs costing $100 or more.

DEADLINES FOR COMPLETED APPLICATIONS:

Financial Aid Deadline: All applications for financial aid must be submitted one week before the program begins.
Applications are reviewed weekly, and awards are determined during this process.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Before registering, ensure you complete the online financial aid application in full and with accurate information. If multiple students from the same family are applying, a separate application is necessary for each child. Click here to fill out the online form.

As part of your application, please include a copy of your family’s most recent tax form (Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ).

Applications are reviewed weekly, and you will receive an email notification regarding your financial assistance award. This email will contain personalized instructions on how to enroll in the camp online. Please do not enroll online until you have received this award email.

SELECTION POLICY:

After the deadline, applications are sent to the Financial Aid Committee, which bases its decisions on the following criteria:

Financial need, as demonstrated by family size, income, and/or special circumstances.
Availability of funds.
The applicant’s payment history with HCCT.

AWARD OBLIGATIONS:

Students must show consistent attendance.
Students must receive positive evaluations from their instructors.
Recipients are responsible for paying any tuition balance not covered by financial assistance.
